ABC unceremoniously yanked the poorly performing, The Assets, after just two episodes, despite only eight being in its whole run. Maybe they'll burn it off on Saturdays sometime in May. When a miniseries gets yanked like that, it must mean it will eventually really suck. I guess I'll let you know in May (if they air it).
The Newsroom has also been canceled, but will have a final third season. We could always just boycott starting right now. Nah, I'll watch it, since I am an Associate Producer of the show (every subscriber of HBO is an Associate Producer--old industry joke--due to your subscriber fees paying for their programming).
